This Spring Break Rose and I traveled to Arizona to visit my grandma and grandpa. It was the perfect little vacation. I woke up every morning played with Rose, worked out, then laid in the sun while Rose cuddled with her great grandma and grandpa. I learned on vacation that my grandpa is quite the cook/baker. He made me waffles with strawberry sauce, cinnamon apple pancakes, chocolate chip cookies, a turkey dinner, and chicken and wild rice soup, my goal was to lose some weight, but not possible with his cooking!
Rose LOVED the pool. The moment I stepped in the water with her she was so happy laughing and splashing. I am looking forward to pool days at my dad's this summer!
I could not believe how great Rose did on the plane. We took 4 planes total and she did amazing on all of them. She would usually fall asleep right away and wake up happy towards the end.
It was so nice spending time with my grandma and grandpa and seeing them with Rose. Next year Kevin and I are planning to make a family trip back to Arizona.
