Celebrating Rose

For Rose's Birthday we had a Rose Day to celebrate her ALL day!  We went to Trolls, Chick-fil-a, Target, and Toys R Us. She brought her Cinderella dolls and insisted on wearing her glass slippers. It was a super fun day!

We had a great time celebrating Rose!  She is a bit obsessed with Cinderella and her glass slipper and LOVED all of her Cinderella gifts :) I can't believe she is 4! Oh how the time has flown by. I can't stop looking at her and think how old she is and wonder how she became so grown up.  Happy Birthday sweet girl! We hope you enjoyed it!

Happy Halloween

This year for Halloween we went to my mom's and John's. My mom watched Lucy while Kevin and I took Rose trick or treating- for the FIRST time! She has dressed up each year, but we usually have terrible weather and she hasn't understood the whole process until now, so we could get away with staying in. After about 30 to 40 minutes Rose wanted to head back to the house. She was very excited to help Poppy hand out candy. At bedtime we asked Rose what her favorite part of the day was (as we do each night) and she said passing out candy with Poppy <3 This just melted my heart. She loves her poppy so much! She sat out there with him for at least an hour and talked his ear off. We had a great Halloween!
