I just love her in pigtails! Her hair is really starting to grow in :)

Run!

This girl LOVES to run and jump. When I ask her what she did at school she will say run, I ask who she ran with, and she says no run mommy. Well at home upstairs she loves to run and have Marley (Barkley) chase her. Upstairs however there are corners everywhere, so we set up the perfect running area downstairs- from her monkey to her bounce house. I of course have to chase her most of the time :) 

Itsy Bitsy Spider...

Rose loves to sing songs at her piano. The other day she went and sang "mommy's favorite song, mommy's favorite song" She literally makes up songs all the time. Just another thing she does that I love so much!

Painting Piggies

Rose asked for me to paint her piggies today. She was so good and stayed very still. Daddy even helped dry them :)

I'm Gonna Get You...

Monitor is Back!

Since we got back from vacation in JULY we have not used the monitor. Our rooms are right next door to each other and I always heard her right away so we just didn't really need it anymore. Since the big girl bed transition we pulled it back out. It is so funny to watch and listen to what she is doing and saying. My favorite is that I can talk to her through it. She even listens when I tell her to lay back down and stay in bed. She was getting out of her bed, but stopped right away when I threatened that daddy would put the crib back (bad mommy, but it worked) She is doing great in her big girl bed and staying in it through the night!

School...

Rose "Mommy what are you looking at?"

 Me "Something for school."

Rose "You see your friends at school? I see my friends at school"

As each day passes my little baby is turning into such a big girl. I am constantly blown away by the conversations I actually have with her now. She is always so sweet, funny, and so smart.
