It FINALLY happened!!! Rose POOPED in the potty!! I never thought I would cry over poop and oh my word this was one of the happiest moments of my life. Not only was I excited she finally did it, it was so sweet to see how proud of herself she was. After it happened she yelled and kept saying I can't believe I did it, I can't believe I did it.

We went to the doctor on Monday and she gave us a plan. She told us to have Rose sit on the potty for 10 minutes after each meal and to take the pull ups AWAY. I was nervous about accidents at night (because it is always full when she wakes up) but they have been dry- turns out she may have just been lazy...

The first night was sad, she cried and hated every minute of those ten minutes. The next night came and she ran up the stairs said she wanted to do her ten minutes now and then a minute later was done!!! Kevin took her straight to Toys R US and she picked out a Shimmer and Shine toy and a ninja turtle toy- because of her obsession with Aiden- which is a completely different story/blog.

We are ALL soooo HAPPY!!!

Daddy Daughter Dance

Rose is so lucky to have Kevin as her daddy. He is so sweet with her, patient, kind, giving, and loves playing with her. She was so excited to go to her first little dance with her daddy. I had so much fun picking out her dress with her and getting her ready. It was fun, but also just so scary how fast time goes by, I can't believe how old she is getting. Kevin, on his own, called Martins and ordered her a wrist corsage and a flower for him. Rose absolutely loved it and kept starring at it. She had so much fun at the dance. Kevin said she was singing and dancing like crazy, although she ditched him for other little girls to dance with. I'm hoping this will be a tradition of theirs and that Miss Lucy will join them in a couple of years.
