Flat Jesus

Maddi choose us to send Flat Jesus to. We were to take pictures with him and send them to her teacher. After one outing, he decided he liked Target and wanted to stay there :) In other words we lost him :( I got a few good ones before though.

No Where Else I'd Rather Be...

Rose is starting to master sleeping in her big girl bed! Woohoo! For naps, however, she is up after 45 minutes and if she sleeps with me on the couch she takes a 2-3 hour nap. So I choose that route while we were snowed in. I loved every minute of it too. I kept looking at her just thinking she will not be this little forever and that I was going to savor and treasure every snuggle I have with her <3

More Snow Day Fun!

Only in South Bend Indiana do we have a million snow days! I remember growing up having a couple maybe each year, and since I've been teaching every year its been at least 5, its crazy! I do enjoy them though :) I love getting to spend the extra days with Rose and pretending I'm a stay at home mommy. We had so much fun snuggling and playing. This girl is non-stop! We played for hours in her bounce house, finally! Before this she used it as a fort and not so much a bounce house. She finally got the hang of it and had so much fun jumping in 'the biggest puddle ever' and doing 'twirls' I really love this girl!

Cousins

We were all so excited for this weekend and to spend the whole time with family. Rose, however, got a fever :( so we only got to spend a few hours all together. Rose loves all of her cousins so much. She talks about them ALL the time and gets so excited to see them. We are so blessed with such a wonderful family. We wish everyone lived closer, but we treasure the weekends and days we get to spend together. Here is the first picture of now 4 Herrity grandchildren <3

Rosie Girl
