Etsy Love

Everyday it seems Kevin is walking through the door with another etsy package. I'm not sure how much longer he will allow this...but so far I have ordered Rose tons of headbands, a headband holder, winter hat, bloomers, and an ABC painting for her room (I haven't received this yet). I am completely obsessed with headbands! Rose looks so darn cute in them though that I can't resist ordering them! Here are some pictures of my purchases, as well as little photo shoots we have had with our new props.

Game Night

I have been so blessed to work with such wonderful people! I hosted a game night last Friday for the SVS ladies, and had an absolute blast! I haven't laughed that much in a long time. Thank you everyone for coming!

3 Months

I can't believe Rose is already 3 months old, 1/4 of a year old! It is crazy how much she changes each day. 

Rose-

From January 4th-February 4th you:

• eat 4-5 ounces every 3 or so hours
• wake up 2 times during the night--daddy still makes your bottles and mommy feeds you
• started wearing 6 month clothes
• love wearing headbands :)
• try to sit up
• love your jungle, bouncy seat, and snail
• like tummy time
• still love taking baths
• are so alert always looking around with such big eyes
• continue to smile and talk
• cough every time you try to laugh
• are so happy in the mornings, you give the best huge smile when I get you out of your bassinet
• love singing and dancing to country music
• have a great yell cry
• are losing your hair!
• hate when you are ignored, always need mommy or daddy to talk to you while you are in your bouncy seat or swing
• love sucking on your fist
• still love kicking and swinging your arms
• like to take naps being held, you may be a little spoiled :)

Rose,
You are the greatest gift I have ever been given. I love every minute I get to spend with you. I love singing and dancing with you, smiling, laughing, and talking with you. You are the happiest sweetest thing and I am so lucky and blessed to be your mom. I feel as if every day is Christmas morning, I get so excited when my school day is over and can't wait to run home and cuddle with you. Time needs to slow down, but it has been an amazing 3 months. I love you so much!

Best Friends

Rose and Ronny have been quite the cuddle buddies these days! Ronny is always on the couch, so when I place Rose on there too, he snuggles right up on her. On Friday I placed Rose on the blanket to take a few pictures. After a couple of minutes she fell asleep and Ron laid right on her. The perfect photo opportunity, and it turned out awesome! I am glad Rose is starting to notice Ronny, and so far does not mind him. I think they will eventually be best buds!

Happy Anniversary!

Happy 40th Wedding Anniversary to Mr. and Mrs. Herrity! We had a wonderful brunch and cake this morning to celebrate.

Playtime

Rose is loving her toys! She stares, kicks, and talks while under her baby jungle. She also loves her snail. She swings her arms and sets it off to play music. This makes her smile and talk. Rose is also quite the kicker! She smiles and kicks in her bouncy seat, a toy I am so glad she has always loved!  I love sitting her in this seat and just talking to her, watching her smile and talk back. Rose is not interested in trying to roll over but keeps trying to sit herself up. I will place her on a pillow facing me to talk and play and she will move her shoulders as if she is trying to sit up. She loves just sitting on my lap looking around. I had another snow day Friday and had so much fun playing with my girl all day! 

Our highchair is coming in handy for sitting up and playtime.
