Pumpkin Painting

Okay, so maybe I was over the top with Halloween for this little (almost) one year old. We frosted Halloween cookies, went to 2 pumpkin patches, played with pumpkin seeds, and for the most part Rose loved doing all of these. Well, she had enough! She said N-O to painting her pumpkin. The final product is mostly from daddy... Take a look the last picture is priceless!

Farm Activities

I have been hearing awesome things about Amazing Acres and just didn't have time over the weekends between ND football, Penn football, and sicknesses to make it out there. They close tomorrow so two of my friends from SVS came out with Rose and me today after school. I am so glad we went and can't wait to take Rose back next year. They had tons and tons of fun activities for Rose to do. I loved watching how excited she got over everything we did.

Pumpkin Fun

I finally cut open our pumpkin and let Miss Rose explore. To my surprise she didn't really care about it. She kept leaving the room and started playing with other things. I thought she would be knee deep in it and trying to eat everything...maybe next year :)

Oh My Rash!

My poor girl is COVERED head to toe with a rash! We took her to the doctor Monday and they just said she had a viral infection that caused her fever and rash. The fever is gone, but the rash seems to be getting worse. I feel so bad for my girl look at this rash! 

My Sick Girl :(

We think Rose has Roseola! On Saturday she was so cuddly all day and burning up. Her highest temperature has been 102.5 and today a rash appeared all over her body. It was so sad to see my active little girl so lethargic and wanting to be held and cuddled, something she never wants to do. As much as I have loved snuggling up with Rose all weekend long I can't wait for her to feel better and be back to her spunky normal self.
